  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New premium members may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the membership benefits.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

2. Event Ticket Refunds

DaorMaker organizes various in-person and virtual events, including workshops, meetups, and conferences.

2.1 Standard Event Tickets

  • Full Refunds: Available up to 14 days before the event date
  • Partial Refunds (50%): Available between 13 days and 7 days before the event
  • No Refunds: Within 7 days of the event

2.2 Event Transfers

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at events@daormaker.com at least 48 hours before the event.

2.3 Event Cancellations or Changes

If DaorMaker cancels an event or significantly changes the date, time, or location:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or
  • The option to transfer your registration to a future event

2.4 Virtual Event Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical difficulties during a virtual event that prevent your participation and are not related to your own internet connection or equipment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Educational Resources

DaorMaker offers various educational resources, including online courses, tutorials, and downloadable materials.

3.1 Digital Courses

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
  • No Refunds After 30 Days: We do not provide refunds for courses after 30 days from the purchase date.

3.2 Downloadable Resources

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • No refunds are available after the resource has been downloaded
  • If you encounter technical issues with downloading or accessing the resource, please contact support@daormaker.com for assistance

4. Mentorship and Consulting Services

4.1 One-Time Sessions

  • Cancellation with Full Refund: Available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session one time with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided

4.2 Mentorship Packages

  • Prorated Refunds: For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within the first 30 days
  • No Refunds After 30 Days: We do not provide refunds for mentorship packages after 30 days from the purchase date

  • Reason for requesting a refund
